Delta Dental Claim Refund: How will my Delta Dental claim be refunded?
When you visit a participating Delta PPO dentist: Participating Delta Dental dentists have agreed to provide certain services at a negotiated price so that you generally pay less out-of-pocket expenses for your treatment.
- Show your Delta Dental ID card when you visit.
- If your insurance plan has a deductible (a dollar amount that you must pay for covered expenses in a plan year), you must meet the deductible before your insurance plan will cover your eligible dental expenses.
