Yes. Contact The Salvation Army Donor Service at 1-800-SAL-ARMY. Please have ready the date of your donation, the dollar amount, the fund it went to, and the fund you would like it to go to. If you need to leave a voicemail message, be sure to leave your name and phone number, including your area code.
Your email address is required so that we can send you proper confirmation of your gift. Details of your donation can be found in this email, which you can print or save for tax purposes. The Salvation Army will not sell, trade, or share personal information about our financial donors with anyone, or email our financial donors on behalf of other organizations, unless a donor gives us specific permission to do so.
If you set up your monthly donation online, you can make changes to your monthly donation by logging into your account. All changes made are processed immediately. If you do not have an account or are unsure about your account, please contact The Salvation Army Donor Services by completing our online inquiry form or by calling 1-800-SAL-ARMY for treatment. Donor Services can process your request within the same month or the following month, depending on when we receive your call.
