Conditions: CUSTOMER GUARANTEES AND RIGHTS OF THE OPERATOR AND THE HOTEL REGARDING RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS. NO ARRIVAL. LOW SEASON: November 1st to December 21st, 2020 and May 1st to October 31st, 2021. In case of early departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay will be charged. Cancellations made up to 5 days prior to arrival will incur a 1 night cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival and in the event of a no show will incur a 3 night cancellation fee as a cancellation fee. HIGH SEASON: From December 22, 2020 to April 30, 2021. In case of early departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay will be charged. If canceled less than 10 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 3 nights will be charged. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival and no-shows, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
